Aura On The Rivers at Kangaroo Point is a premier fine dining destination celebrating culinary artistry, hospitality, and waterfront views. We are seeking polished Front of House Waitstaff to join our dining room team and deliver an elevated guest experience.

As the face of our restaurant, you will guide guests through a gastronomic journey and tell stories through our wine and beverage programs. A minimum of 2 years of experience and an RSA certificate are required, along with Australian

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as front of house in a hatted or premium fine dining venue.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required.
• Australian working rights to work in Australia.
• Strong wine knowledge and beverage service awareness.
• Polished presentation and excellent guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Menu & wine storytelling: articulate techniques and provenance.
• Beverage service: collaborate with sommelier and bar for wine and cocktails.
• Technical excellence: maintain high dining standards and course delivery.
• Guest relations: recognise regulars and handle dietary requirements.
• Reset & mise en place: ensure pristine table settings and ambiance before service.
