• RSA certification and WHS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop Front of House team to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage reservations, table allocation, and service flow.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure timing and delivery.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Oversee daily Front of House operations, including cash handling and stock management.
• Prepare rosters and supervise casual staff across varying service periods.
• Drive sales growth and meet profitability targets through service delivery.
• Maintain venue cleanliness, security, and equipment standards.
• Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol and liquor license compliance.
• Conduct venue safety checks and staff inductions.
