• Advanced financial modelling including three-statement models and project finance structures.
• Experience with debt financing and bank models in energy/infrastructure sectors.
• Proficiency in valuation, due diligence, and financial analysis for M&A.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and full working rights in Australia.
• Must have full working rights in Australia

Responsibilities

• Build and own complex, structured financial models from scratch for project development, financing and investment decisions.
• Model debt financing solutions for energy projects.
• Build and stress-test scenario and sensitivity models for investment committee decisions.
• Contribute to M&A activities including valuation, due diligence and financial analysis.
• Maintain and evolve models supporting budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Collaborate with banks, investors and financial stakeholders on model outputs and assumptions

• Deep, practical experience with debt financing, bank models and transaction due diligence
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering
• Full working rights in Australia required
