Job summary

Rombola Family Farms, based in Griffith, NSW, seeks an experienced Financial Controller to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead AR and AP and provide timely financial information for statutory and management reporting and forecasting.

You will work with operational leaders to optimise cash flow, manage fixed assets, and support monthly close, BAS, and reporting. CA/CPA qualified candidates with strong MS Office and stakeholder skills are encouraged to

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification is required.
• Experience leading AR and AP functions.
• Strong Excel and MS Office literacy.
• Good stakeholder and relationships management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer invoicing and supplier payments.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and depreciation.
• Prepare monthly close, BAS, and management reporting.
