Job summary

Water Brothers Group in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to join our growing team and support the CFO in day-to-day finance activities. You will lead AP/AR/payroll, assist month-end close and work with operations to improve reporting, cost control and project profitability.

You will also help refine systems and forecasting, manage loan and vehicle finance schedules, and drive continuous improvement across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Hands-on finance professional with end-to-end accounting experience.
• Experience leading AP/AR and payroll teams.
• Strong month-end close, journals and accruals experience.

We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to join our growing business, support our finance team and help improve how we work.

Working closely with our CFO, you’ll take the lead on day-to-day finance activities and work with operations to improve reporting, cost control and project profitability.

Your role will include:
