Job summary

The Andersen Partnership is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead and evolve the finance function through its next growth phase. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive process improvements, build capability within the team and partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on improving reporting, controls and automation, with a strong emphasis on partnering with the executive team to enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Current Financial Controller or Group Financial Controller
• Experience operating within a complex multi-entity environment
• Strong technical accounting, compliance and reporting background
• Proven track record of improving finance processes, systems and controls
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers the opportunity to lead a finance function through its next phase of growth, with a strong focus on process improvement, team development, financial control and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will play a key role in improving reporting processes, driving greater efficiency, developing team capability and partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
