Job summary

Rheem Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager for an 18-month fixed-term contract to drive key initiatives within the Record to Report (R2R) Transformation Program. You will lead projects that improve processes, enable technology, and increase efficiency across Finance, partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering digital transformation and business improvement initiatives within large and complex organisations.
Strong project management experience across multiple projects, including planning, governance, budgets and reporting.
Experience supporting transformation programs within a Finance function.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of finance transformation projects with scope, timelines, budget and quality objectives.
Develop business cases, requirements and project documentation.
Manage project plans, risks, issues and stakeholder communications.
