You will lead shared services, develop KPIs and dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to enhance service delivery while supporting month-end processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.
• Drive process improvement and standardisation across shared services.
• Support finance transformation projects and system improvements.
• Develop KPIs, reporting dashboards and metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve service delivery.
• Support month-end processes and reconciliations.
• Coach and mentor team members.
