Sandfire Resources NL in Australia is recruiting a Principal Finance to lead finance transformation across the Motheo operation, strengthening reporting, governance, policy, systems and assurance. The role is permanent, full-time and based at the Perth head office.

You will partner with stakeholders to embed improvements, manage month-end close, and coordinate ERP modules with financial processes. Requires 8+ years in mining finance, IFRS expertise, CA/CPA preferred, and willingness to travel

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in finance, accounting, reporting, governance, or transformation roles.
• IFRS knowledge and policy application in a complex environment.
• Experience leading finance transformation initiatives and process redesign.

• Lead strategic finance transformation initiatives across Motheo finance.
• Improve month-end close efficiency and reporting quality.
• Maintain and embed Group accounting policies and guidance.
• Provide technical accounting support and position papers.
• Strengthen second-line assurance over asset financial reporting.
