Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Brisbane seeks a Finance Transformation Delivery Lead to plan and deliver strategic finance projects, driving process improvement and business transformation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and governance, and push for measurable efficiency gains across the Finance function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects in fast-paced organisations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting business transformation and process improvement.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and business case development.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and governance.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies: Agile, Waterfall or hybrid.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce/PM desirable.
• PM certification (PMP or PRINCE2) highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects, ensuring agreed scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Develop project plans, budgets and resource schedules, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables and success measures.
• Manage project governance, including steering committee meetings, stakeholder updates and executive reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve Finance processes and operational efficiency through process improvement and effective project delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and external partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and achieve expected outcomes.
• Support organisational change by working with stakeholders to facilitate engagement and the successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
• Monitor project budgets, performance and resource utilisation, maintaining project documentation and reporting on progress, risks and outcomes.
