Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) is seeking a Finance Transformation Specialist to enhance how finance functions operate across the organisation. You will partner with finance stakeholders, operational teams and external providers to assess end-to-end processes, analyse performance data and develop practical recommendations that deliver measurable improvements.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, you will help design and deliver strategic initiatives across the finance function,

Qualifications

• At least four years in management consulting, finance transformation or similar.
• Experience in improving finance processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, FP&A).
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience designing future-state operating models and driving transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assess end-to-end finance processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Analyse operating models, workflows and roles to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends and quantify improvements.
• Translate findings into practical improvement initiatives and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with finance leaders, SMEs, operational teams and external partners to build alignment.
