Job summary

Nissan Financial Services is seeking a Business Analyst – Finance to support a major systems transformation, including the Contract Management System and the Wholesale Finance System. You will collaborate with Finance, Treasury and external vendors to ensure accurate financial requirements are reflected in the new platforms.

The role emphasizes accounting expertise, UAT, and effective translation of business needs into testable requirements within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Experience in Agile or project delivery environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate functional requirements across Finance, Treasury and Tax.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Review financial calculations and ensure system functionality aligns with accounting requirements.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing from a Finance perspective.
• Validate accounting flows between the new CMS and SAP.
• Document accounting and treasury process flows under the new systems.
• Support data migration and reconcile contract-level data into SAP.
• Participate in Agile delivery cycles, backlog refinement and sprint planning.
