Qualifications

• Qualified CA or CPA with extensive experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Experience leading a small finance team and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Strong systems aptitude with a passion for process improvements and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly financial close activities across Australia and New Zealand.
• Prepare and review management reporting, financial statements and analysis.
• Provide financial insights and commentary to senior stakeholders.
• Manage audit, compliance and financial controls.
• Coach and support a small finance team.
• Represent Finance on Project Aurora and support testing and system improvements.
• Reconcile contract-level data and sign off migrated balances as finance representative.
• Ensure end-to-end accuracy of accounting flows from the contract management system into SAP.
• Review wholesale and retail accounting entries and posting logic in the new system.
• Drive process improvements across finance operations.
