Job summary

Nissan Financial Services is seeking a Business Analyst – Finance to join a major transformation program focused on Contract Management System (CMS) and Wholesale Finance System (WFS). You will gather and validate requirements, translate them into user stories, and ensure accurate financial flows with SAP.

You will work with Finance, Treasury, Tax and external vendors, support UAT, and contribute to data migration and process mapping in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into testable requirements.
• Experience with Agile or project delivery environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate functional requirements across Finance, Treasury and Tax.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Review financial calculations and ensure system functionality aligns with accounting requirements.
• Work closely with Finance, project teams and system vendors throughout development.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a Finance perspective.
• Validate accounting flows between the new Contract Management System and SAP.
• Document accounting and treasury process flows under the new systems.
• Support data migration and reconcile contract-level data into SAP.
• Identify process gaps, dependencies and potential impacts throughout implementation.
• Participate in Agile delivery cycles, backlog refinement and sprint planning.

Bring your finance expertise into one of Nissan Financial Services’ major transformation projects.

Nissan Financial Services is looking for a Business Analyst – Finance to play a key role in the implementation of our new Contract Management System (CMS) and Wholesale Finance System (WFS).

Reporting to the National Manager, Finance Accounting and Systems, you’ll work closely with Finance, Treasury, Tax, internal project teams and external system vendors to ensure our new systems accurately reflect financial requirements and processes.

This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys getting into the detail, solving problems and wants to build their experience across finance, systems and business transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have a strong accounting foundation with an interest in how finance, technology and business processes come together.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
• Around 3–5 years’ relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to translate business needs into clear, concise and testable requirements
• Confidence engaging with Finance teams, business stakeholders, project teams and external vendors
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with financial data and calculations
• An ability to learn new financial and project management systems quickly
• Experience working in an Agile or project delivery environment will be highly regarded

Experience within financial services, finance systems, system implementation, UAT or transformation projects would be advantageous.
