Job summary

Nissan Financial Services is recruiting a Business Analyst – Finance to help implement our new Contract Management System (CMS) and Wholesale Finance System (WFS). You’ll work with Finance, Treasury and external vendors to ensure financial requirements are met and processes are aligned with SAP integration.

The role emphasizes detailed accounting knowledge, data validation and cross‑functional collaboration within an Agile delivery environment. Hybrid working with flexible hours is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in accounting or finance domains.
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and financial processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Experience engaging with Finance teams, stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate functional requirements across Finance, Treasury and Tax.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Review financial calculations and ensure system functionality aligns with accounting requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, project teams and vendors during development.
• Lead and support UAT from a Finance perspective.
• Validate accounting flows between CMS and SAP.
• Document accounting and treasury process flows under new systems.
• Support data migration and reconcile contract-level data into SAP.
• Identify gaps and impacts during implementation.
• Participate in Agile delivery cycles, backlog refinement and sprint planning.
