Job summary

Office of Sport is seeking a Finance Transactions Officer to manage accounts payable and receivable in a high-volume environment at Sydney Olympic Park. You will ensure accurate processing, maintain records, perform reconciliations and support debt collection activities within delegated approvals.

The role requires strong system skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance priorities while delivering responsive customer service and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience using complex financial, ERP or business management systems to process and manage transactions.
• Strong attention to detail across high-volume workloads.
• Ability to investigate issues, analyse information and resolve transaction queries.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in line with procedures.
• Maintain financial records and perform reconciliations.
• Support debt collection activities and approvals within delegation rules.
• Provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.
