Job summary

Megaport, a Brisbane-based leader in Network as a Service (NaaS), seeks a Director – Finance Systems to own strategy, delivery and operation of the finance systems landscape, with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations at its core.

You will lead a team, manage vendor relationships, and shape multi-year roadmaps to support growth, accuracy, security and scalable financial processes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Deep ERP expertise with leadership experience.
• Proven vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong focus on governance, security and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Finance Systems team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Define team structure and capability requirements to support BAU and project work, and lead recruitment.
• Oversee Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations configuration, customisation and integrations.
• Own the financial systems project portfolio from initiation to completion, with budgets and timelines.
• Establish governance for change management, release management, access control and system documentation.
