Job summary

Megaport is seeking a Director of Finance Systems to lead strategy, delivery, and ongoing operation of our financial systems landscape, with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations at its core. You will own the roadmap, build and coach a team of systems professionals, and manage vendor partnerships to ensure accurate, secure, and scalable financial processes that underpin our global operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
Significant depth in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a comparable ERP.
5+ years of people leadership experience.
Experience building blended internal, contractor and partner resources.
Proven track record delivering complex systems projects.
Proficient in vendor management, contract negotiation and licensing / services.
Experience developing systems strategy and roadmaps.
Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the Finance Systems team, including specialists, admins, developers and contractors, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Define team structure, roles, and capability requirements to support BAU operations and projects.
Set objectives, conduct reviews, and address performance issues.
Coach and mentor team members and support career progression.
Balance capacity across support, enhancements and delivery, prioritising transparently with stakeholders.
Manage internal, contractor and partner resources to minimise key-person risk.
Contribute to the finance systems strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Monitor licensing, vendor services, headcount and project costs.
