Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing and enhancing financial management systems.
• Strong ability to deliver technical support and ensure data integrity.
• Experience in developing reporting and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the Department’s financial management systems.
• Oversee system upgrades and ensure data integrity through validation and reconciliation.
• Support financial systems projects and maintain compliance with the Financial Management Act.

Skills

Knowledge of integrated financial systems, preferably TechnologyOne

Experience in financial system data integration, extraction, analysis and interpretation

Knowledge of reporting tools such as XLOne, SQL and Power BI

Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated leadership behaviours as outlined in the Department’s Leadership Expectations
