Job summary

The City of Casey is recruiting a Finance Systems Specialist to own and optimise the TechnologyOne Finance environment, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to strengthen reporting, governance and data integrity. You’ll drive real-time finance analytics and ensure controls are fit for purpose.

You’ll collaborate across teams to translate requirements into system solutions, with hybrid working options and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience administering and supporting TechnologyOne Finance.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and governance of the TechnologyOne Finance environment
• Finance systems administration, optimisation and continuous improvement
• Real-time financial reporting, dashboards and analytics
• Budget and forecast system setup and ongoing administration
• Chart of Accounts governance and financial data integrity
• Finance system controls, reconciliations and audit readiness
• Support and oversight of integrated finance systems
• Stakeholder advice, training and user support across the organisation
