Job summary

Equifund Financial Group is seeking a Finance Settlements & Administration Officer to join our Sydney team. This hands-on role supports the settlement process from approval to completion.

You will coordinate settlements, liaise with clients, lenders, dealerships and suppliers, gather documentation and ensure conditions are met so deals move swiftly. Qualifications

• Highly organised with strong communication abilities.
• Experience in asset finance, lending or settlements preferred but not essential.
• Open to strong administration or professional services background.
• Attention to detail, urgency, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Managing approved finance applications through to settlement
• Liaising with clients, lenders, dealerships, suppliers and insurers
• Reviewing approvals and coordinating outstanding settlement conditions
• Preparing finance and settlement documentation
• Following up invoices, insurance, payout letters and supporting documents
• Keeping clients updated throughout the process
• Maintaining accurate records across our CRM and lender portals
• Supporting our brokers with finance administration and client enquiries
• Helping keep our settlement pipeline organised and moving efficiently
