Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a finance, accounts payable or purchasing role.
• Experience in high-volume environments where accuracy and deadlines are critical.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and purchasing processes.
• Experience working with ERP or finance systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices accurately.
• Review, code and match invoices to purchase orders; ensure GST treatment.
• Manage invoice approvals per authorities.
• Prepare and process supplier payments (EFT/BPAY).
• Reconcile supplier statements and expense cards.
• Maintain supplier records and ERP system setups.
