Job summary

EIRE Constructions is seeking an experienced Finance & Purchasing professional to join our team. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage accounts payable, purchasing, supplier management and financial administration across our projects.

You will work with finance and operations teams, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely processing of invoices and purchasing requirements, while maintaining accuracy and organisation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in finance, accounts payable or purchasing.
• Experience in high-volume environments with deadlines.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and purchasing processes.
• Experience with ERP or finance systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices accurately.
• Code, match and approve invoices, ensure GST treatment.
• Process weekly, monthly and ad-hoc supplier payments via EFT/BPAY.
• Reconcile supplier statements and related accounts.
• Manage supplier setup and data in the ERP system.
• Coordinate purchasing with project timelines and supplier quotes.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports and cost analyses.
