Job summary

The Hospitals Contribution Fund Of Australia Limited is seeking a Finance Operations Support Manager for a 12-month maximum-term contract in Sydney. You will lead the Finance Operations team, overseeing accounts payable, bank reconciliations and cash management while partnering with stakeholders to improve processes and controls.

You’ll bring hands-on leadership, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and a proactive mindset to optimise day-to-day operations and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Finance Operations team with day-to-day activities.
• Oversee accounts payable, expense reimbursements, corporate card administration and daily reconciliations.
• Manage banking relationships with NAB and Westpac; oversee signatories and card arrangements.
• Review cash flow and liquidity; maintain financial controls and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Identify and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and controls.
• Support integration between core systems and TechnologyOne; manage access permissions.
