Job summary

Little Haven Palliative Care is seeking a Business Manager to lead finance, governance and strategic operations for Gympie region activities. This hands-on role reports to the CEO and drives ownership, accountability and continual improvement across the organisation.

The successful candidate will manage MYOB, payroll, BAS/IAS compliance, monthly reporting, grants, policy reviews and major projects in a supportive, values-based environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business management, senior administration or finance administration.
• Strong MYOB Business and MYOB Payroll experience.
• Experience processing payroll and managing payroll compliance.
• Knowledge of BAS, IAS and superannuation obligations.
• Strong financial reporting and reconciliation skills.
• Experience managing grants, funding applications or acquittals.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• The ability to work in a busy team - adaptable and helpful.
