Job summary

ThompsonCook on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to lead financial performance across two manufacturing sites in a growing FMCG business.

Reporting to the GM Finance, you will manage P&L, budgeting, costings for New Product Development, and mentor a team of finance officers while driving internal controls and improvements. This is a leadership role in a collaborative, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA qualification required.
• Experience as Finance Operations Manager in manufacturing, multi-site leadership.
• Strong Excel modelling skills for financial decision support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to key operational stakeholders.
• Oversee operations across 2 manufacturing sites.
• Own the divisions' P&L and budget, drive cost and commercial outcomes.
• Produce costing and analysis for New Product Development.
• Support Group leadership with timely financial insights.
• Drive improvements and maintain strong internal controls.
• Mentor and coach a team of finance officers.
