Responsibilities

• Provide diary management, meeting and event coordination, agenda/minutes preparation, and records management for the Finance Branch.
• Respond to and resolve enquiries, escalate as appropriate, with timely follow-up.
• Manage shared inboxes and prioritise inquiries, reports, and submissions.
• Support office systems and procedures to enable efficient team operations.
• Coordinate collection and collation of financial information, returns, and reports.
• Support CFOO and stakeholders to improve financial information and capability.
