Robert Half Australia is seeking a Finance Officer to join a small finance team in Ballarat. You will own the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, handling end-to-end processes, reconciliations and stakeholder queries while contributing to month-end reporting and process improvements.

The role offers flexibility with WFH options, onsite parking, a supportive leadership team, and opportunities for professional development within a close-knit finance function.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience across end-to-end AP and AR.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong systems skills and confidence using Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite will be highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the Accounts Payable function from invoice receipt through to payment, including invoice processing, coding, supplier reconciliations, payment runs and supplier relationship management.
• Manage invoicing, allocations, collections, debtor reconciliations and customer account queries while working closely with stakeholders across the business.
• Support month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, audit requirements and process improvement initiatives.
