iSelect and Compare the Market are trusted brands helping Australians compare personal finance and household products. We seek a Finance Officer in Melbourne to manage AP, assist AR, and support bank reconciliations across brands.

You’ll play a hands-on role in month-end close, expense reconciliations, and data cleanup during an ERP implementation, collaborating across teams for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a Finance Officer or similar role with AP focus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Solid Excel skills and experience with cloud ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with proactive and organized approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounts payable process and assist with AR.
• Support bank reconciliations for Compare the Market and iSelect.
• Reconcile credit card and corporate travel expenses.
• Assist with month-end processes.
• Support ERP implementation, including data clean-up and testing.
