Job summary

Bega Group at Ridge Street cheese manufacturing site is seeking a Finance Officer to support reporting, budgeting and forecasting while partnering with site stakeholders to drive performance.

Working 3 days per week with flexible days, you will handle month-end activities, financial analysis and provide insights to improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts, Assistant Accountant or similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/ERPs.
• Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, analysis and business insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting activities.
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and processes.
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial support and guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
