Job summary

Coast2Bay Housing Group on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to lead finance operations, drive month-end and year-end reporting, and strengthen governance across the organisation. You will be CA/CPA-qualified with a strong track record in reporting, audit and treasury.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with auditors and regulators, and partner with the CFO and Board to deliver robust financial stewardship while contributing to community-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA-qualified finance professional with at least 10 years’ experience in financial reporting, audit and treasury.
• Experience in not-for-profit, community housing or a similarly regulated sector is highly regarded.
• Strong governance, risk management and compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations, month-end and year-end reporting.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, treasury and cash management, and audit coordination.
• Provide financial governance insights and lead a small finance team.
