Coast2Bay Housing Group is a purpose-driven, not-for-profit community housing provider helping people access safe, affordable homes across the Sunshine Coast and beyond. At the heart of our work is the belief that a home provides more than a place to live—it creates a foundation for stability, belonging and opportunity. With a strong growth trajectory and a commitment to building stronger communities, we are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to lead finance operations, strengthen governance and deliver insightful reporting that supports sustainable growth.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead day-to-day finance operations, month-end and year-end reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury and cash management, audit coordination and financial governance. Leading a small finance operations team, you will foster a collaborative, high-performing culture and help shape improvements across systems, processes, reporting and finance technology.
You are a CA/CPA-qualified finance professional with at least 10 years’ experience and a strong track record in financial reporting, audit, treasury and team leadership. Experience in the not-for-profit, community housing, property or a similarly regulated sector would be highly regarded. You combine technical expertise with a proactive, practical approach to financial governance, analysis, forecasting, compliance and risk management—and an appreciation of the difference sound financial management can make.
Above all, you share the organisation’s commitment to being person-centred, collaborative, innovative and community-focused, and bring these values to the way you lead and work with others.
A confident communicator and collaborative leader, you build productive relationships with auditors, regulators and funders, support and develop your team, and translate financial information into clear insights for executives and the Board.
This opportunity brings together meaningful work, senior leadership responsibility and the Sunshine Coast lifestyle. With executive exposure and the scope to influence how finance supports a growing organisation, you can make a lasting contribution to outcomes that improve lives and strengthen communities.
Your ready to bring your financial expertise to a role with real community impact!
