Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Finance Manager – Investor Relations & Corporate Performance to connect our operational and financial performance with the Board, ELT and capital markets. You will lead board packs, annual and semi‑annual results, and AGM materials with cross‑functional finance support.

You will shape market messaging, maintain internal consensus models, and drive data‑driven insights for senior stakeholders, balancing strategic and financial priorities in a dynamic, listed‑company

Qualifications

• CA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 7-10+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance, Investor Relations, or Board reporting within a complex or listed corporate environment.
• Strong financial modelling skills with a deep grasp of financial statements, core value drivers, and capital markets mechanics.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex operational and financial data into concise, high‑quality, executive‑ready presentations.
• High confidence operating alongside senior executives and navigating fast‑paced, high‑profile reporting and results cycles.
• A genuine interest in listed‑company performance, investor expectations, and capital markets dynamics.
• Previous background in equity research, Investor Relations, corporate finance, or listed‑company results is highly regarded (though not essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of regular Board performance packs, distilling financial and operational drivers, risks, and opportunities into clear, executive‑level stories.
• Lead the Finance workstream across half‑year/full‑year results, trading updates, and AGM preparation—coordinating inputs across Finance to deliver accurate, high‑impact materials to tight market timetables.
• Own internal consensus models, track shifts in market expectations, benchmark performance against industry peers, and pinpoint emerging investor focus areas.
• Develop a deep understanding of market sentiment, valuation drivers, and analyst debates to translate external perspectives into actionable insights for the Board and ELT.
• Partner with Investor Relations to draft earnings messaging, prepare briefing packs for analyst meetings, and handle financial analysis for key disclosure decisions.
• Build trusted relationships across Group FP&A, Financial Control, and business finance teams to ensure IR and Board reporting are backed by robust, timely data.
• Elevate analytical tools, reporting frameworks, and processes to continually improve the speed and depth of insights provided to senior stakeholders.
