Endeavour Group in Australia is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead end-to-end planning and commercial partnering for Group Functions & Optimisation. You will translate numbers into strategy, challenge senior leaders, and support initiatives across People, Strategy, Finance, Corporate Affairs and Executive Offices.

Qualifications

• CA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5-7+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analytical capability to translate data into insights.
• Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Experience with benefits realization, transformation programs, or procurement finance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted commercial adviser to senior leaders across Group Functions.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, planning, and monthly performance cycles for the portfolio.
• Model business cases, track benefits, and evaluate transformation projects with EndeavourGO and Procurement.
• Analyze monthly performance, highlight drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide compelling financial commentary for FP&A and executive forums.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance data & automation.
