Endeavour Group seeks a Finance Business Partner to deliver end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, planning and monthly performance for our Group Functions. You will partner with EndeavourGO and Procurement to model business cases, track benefits, and support senior executives with strategic finance insights.

You will translate numbers into actionable guidance, advise on performance drivers, and help drive group-wide optimisation initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years of relevant experience across FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering in a complex, corporate environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analytical capability with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategic insights.
• Confidence and maturity to build trust, communicate clearly, and challenge senior stakeholders constructively.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior leaders across Group Functions, providing proactive financial insights and constructive challenge to support decision‑making.
• Own the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, planning, and monthly performance cycles across the Group Functions portfolio.
• Partner directly with EndeavourGO and Procurement teams to model business cases, track benefits realisation, and evaluate strategic transformation projects.
• Deeply analyze monthly performance against targets, communicate core drivers, and highlight emerging risks and commercial opportunities.
• Craft clear, compelling financial commentary and performance insights for Group FP&A, senior Finance leaders, and executive forums.
• Proactively identify opportunities to simplify processes, harness data and automation, and elevate team capability.
