• CA, CPA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 7–10+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance, Investor Relations, or Board reporting.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of capital markets mechanics.
• Ability to synthesize data into concise, executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of regular Board performance packs with executive‑level storytelling.
• Coordinate half‑year/full‑year results, trading updates and AGM materials.
• Own internal consensus models and benchmark performance against peers.
• Draft earnings messaging and prepare briefing packs for analyst meetings.
