Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Finance Manager - Investor Relations & Corporate Performance to join our Group Finance team in Sydney or Melbourne, with hybrid working. You will connect operational and financial performance with our Board, ELT and capital markets community.

In this high-visibility role you will lead Board reporting, model ownership, and investor narrative development, while partnering with Investor Relations to craft earnings messaging and briefing packs for analyst meetings.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• 7–10+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or Investor Relations.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into concise executive presentations.
• Comfort working with senior executives in fast-paced reporting cycles.
• Interest in listed-company performance and capital markets dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of Board performance packs with executive storytelling.
• Oversee half-year/full-year results, trading updates, and AGM prep.
• Maintain internal consensus models and benchmark against peers.
• Translate market sentiment into actionable insights for the Board and ELT.
• Draft earnings messaging and briefing packs for analyst meetings with IR.

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager - Investor Relations & Corporate Performance to join us in connecting our operational and financial performance directly with our Board, Executive Leadership Team, and capital markets community.

In this highly visible role, you will sit at the intersection of commercial performance, capital markets, and executive decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Finance - Planning & Performance and working hand-in-hand with our Investor Relations team, you will lead the analysis, reporting, and narrative development that supports our Board reporting, results announcements, and market engagement

This is a dynamic position combining sharp analytical capability, commercial judgement, and exposure to senior leadership across Endeavour Group.

• Lead the preparation of regular Board performance packs, distilling financial and operational drivers, risks, and opportunities into clear, executive-level stories.
• Lead the Finance workstream across half-year/full-year results, trading updates, and AGM preparation—coordinating inputs across Finance to deliver accurate, high-impact materials to tight market timetables.
• Own internal consensus models, track shifts in market expectations, benchmark performance against industry peers, and pinpoint emerging investor focus areas.
• Develop a deep understanding of market sentiment, valuation drivers, and analyst debates to translate external perspectives into actionable insights for the Board and ELT.
• Partner with Investor Relations to draft earnings messaging, prepare briefing packs for analyst meetings, and handle financial analysis for key disclosure decisions.
• Build trusted relationships across Group FP&A, Financial Control, and business finance teams to ensure IR and Board reporting are backed by robust, timely data.
• Elevate analytical tools, reporting frameworks, and processes to continually improve the speed and depth of insights provided to senior stakeholders

Now let’s talk about you:

• CA, CPA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 7–10+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance, Investor Relations, or Board reporting within a complex or listed corporate environment.
• Strong financial modeling skills with a deep grasp of financial statements, core value drivers, and capital markets mechanics.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex operational and financial data into concise, high-quality, executive-ready presentations.
• High confidence operating alongside senior executives and navigating fast-paced, high-profile reporting and results cycles.
• A genuine interest in listed-company performance, investor expectations, and capital markets dynamics.
• Previous background in equity research, Investor Relations, corporate finance, or listed-company results is highly regarded (though not essential).
