Humero Recruitment Partners supports a well-established Australian mining organisation to recruit a Finance Manager on an initial contract with a strong view to permanency. You will take on a hands-on leadership role, oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll and analytics, and report to the CFO with a clear path to senior management responsibilities.

We are seeking a CA/CPA-qualified professional with significant post-qualification experience and a proven ability to lead finance teams.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
• Finance Manager or Senior Financial Accountant with leadership experience.
• Experience leading finance teams across transactional and analytical functions.
• Strong technical accounting skills with commercial judgement.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the finance team across PP&E, payables, receivables, payroll and analytics.
• Own month-end and year-end close, financial reporting and balance sheet integrity.
• Partner with operational teams to deliver management reporting and insights.
• Oversee statutory, tax and audit obligations for the group.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
