Job summary

Adecco Australia Group, partnering with a growing organisation, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function, partnering with operational and executive stakeholders to influence performance and strategic decisions.

You will blend financial control, commercial finance, and team leadership, delivering robust reporting, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans while driving continuous improvement across processes and systems.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA designation and degree in accounting/finance.
• Experience in Finance Manager/Finance Business Partner roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
• Proven stakeholder management and business partnering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting activities.
• Deliver management reporting across key business units.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial and financial insights.
• Monitor performance and identify trends to improve profitability.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital and financial risk.
• Oversee compliance, taxation and external audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end reportingactivities
• Deliver accurate and insightful managementreporting across key business units

About You

To be successful in this role, youwill be an experienced finance professional who is equally comfortableoperating at both a strategic and hands-on level.

You will possess strong technicalexpertise, excellent commercial acumen and the ability to build trustedrelationships across all levels of an organisation.

• CA or CPA qualified
• Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Finance
• Demonstrated experience within a Finance Manager,Financial Controller, Senior Management Accountant or Finance BusinessPartner role
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financialmodelling capabilities
• Experience delivering financial and commercialinsights that drive business performance
• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems
• Proven stakeholder management and businesspartnering experience
• Strong understanding of financial controls,compliance and reporting requirements
• Experience leading process improvement ortransformation initiatives highly regarded
• Previous leadership or mentoring experienceadvantageous
