Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines financial control, commercial finance, business partnering and team leadership, offering a strategic hands-on opportunity in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified.
• Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance.
• Experience in Finance Manager/Financial Controller/Senior Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting activities.
• Deliver accurate and insightful management reporting across key business units.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide meaningful commercial and financial insights.
• Monitor business performance, identify key trends and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital and financial risk.
• Oversee statutory compliance, taxation obligations and external audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and systems enhancement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor finance team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Support executive leadership with strategic planning and financial decision-making.

About You

To be successful in this role, youwill be an experienced finance professional who is equally comfortableoperating at both a strategic and hands-on level.

You Will possess strong technicalexpertise, excellent commercial acumen and the ability to build trustedrelationships across all levels of an organisation.

• CA or CPA qualified
• Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Finance
• Demonstrated experience within a Finance Manager,Financial Controller, Senior Management Accountant or Finance BusinessPartner role
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financialmodelling capabilities
• Experience delivering financial and commercialinsights that drive business performance
• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems
• Proven stakeholder management and businesspartnering experience
• Strong understanding of financial controls,compliance and reporting requirements
• Experience leading process improvement ortransformation initiatives highly regarded
• Previous leadership or mentoring experienceadvantageous
