Job summary

Hunter Manning is seeking a Finance Leader to own the function and shape growth for a Perth-based business. You will report to the CEO and partner with the GM and leadership team to influence strategy through robust financial insight.

The role covers financial reporting, governance, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and treasury, tax, and leading a high-performing team. A hands-on, commercially minded leader with strong stakeholder skills is essential.

Qualifications

• CA, CPA or similarly qualified with 8+ years' commercial finance experience and a track record leading a finance function.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Confidence across cash flow, treasury and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take genuine ownership of the finance function and be close to decision-making with the CEO.
• Lead financial reporting, governance, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow, treasury and tax.
• Drive systems/process improvements to support the broader business.
