Michael Page Australia is seeking a stand-alone Finance Controller for a private hospitality business with sites across Australia. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, providing strategic insights and ensuring robust controls.

This role requires CA/CPA, Big4/Mid-Tier audit background, SME exposure, and XERO knowledge. You will manage intercompany reconciliations, payroll outsourcing, year-end audits, and board

Qualifikationen

• CA/CPA qualified with public practice background.
• Experience in SME environments.
• Hospitality or property sector exposure preferred.
• Experience reporting to CEO.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting; manage AR/AP.
• Manage outsourced payroll for the group (fortnightly).
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decisions.
