Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis or finance business partnering.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner for marketing, technology and digital investments.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasts and financial reporting with variance analysis.
• Monitor performance against budgets, identify risks and opportunities, and propose actions.
• Support business cases and investment analyses for technology and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve commercial outcomes and reporting controls.
