Job summary

MECCA Brands in Melbourne is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team. You will own the financial performance of your portfolio, act as a trusted advisor to Heads of and General Managers, and influence strategic decisions to drive profitable growth.

This highly autonomous role involves owning the P&L, delivering forecasting and scenario modelling, and partnering with teams on business cases and transformation programs to support growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial finance, financial analysis or business partnering.
• Experience analysing loyalty or customer data to inform decisions is a plus.
• Degree in Commerce, Finance or related discipline with strong modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of your portfolio and influence strategy.
• Own the P&L for your portfolio and identify risks & opportunities.
• Provide commercial insight, financial modelling and strategic recommendations.
• Partner across departments to support business cases and transformation programs.
• Deliver forecasting, reporting and scenario modelling to improve revenue and margins.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning, and finance processes.
