Job summary
MECCA Brands is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team in Australia. You will own the financial performance of your portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to Heads of and General Managers, shaping strategy and driving profitable growth.
You will deliver forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling to optimise margins and revenue, while partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and support strategic initiatives across our eCommerce and Loyalty
Qualifications
- 3+ years in commercial finance, financial analysis or business partnering.
- Experience analysing loyalty program performance and customer data.
- Degree in Commerce or Finance.
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills; TM1/Tableau/SQL experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for your portfolio.
- Provide commercial insight, financial modelling and strategic recommendations.
- Partner across departments to support strategic initiatives.
- Deliver forecasting, reporting and scenario modelling.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning, systems and processes.
