MECCA understands the power of numbers to shape decisions. We are seeking a Finance Business Partner in Melbourne to own the P&L for a portfolio, partner with Heads of and General Managers, and influence commercial decisions to drive profitable growth in eCommerce and Loyalty.

You will deliver forecasts, scenarios and insights while supporting strategic initiatives and cross‑department collaboration in a fast‑growing, customer‑first business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial finance, financial analysis or business partnering, ideally within a retail environment.
• Proven experience analysing loyalty program performance and customer data to inform commercial decisions.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and communicating insights clearly.
• Advanced Excel skills; TM1/Tableau/SQL experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of your portfolio to influence strategy and drive growth.
• Own the P&L for your portfolio and identify risks, opportunities and drivers.
• Provide commercial insight, financial modelling and strategic recommendations to leaders.
• Partner across departments to support business cases and transformation programs.
• Deliver forecasting, reporting and scenario modelling to improve revenue and margins.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning, and processes.
