Job summary

Hexagon AB is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support Hexagon Mining APAC, reporting to the Global VP of Finance. The role focuses on driving financial performance and delivering analytical insights to meet business objectives.

You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams, establish governance in the region, and act as a trusted advisor to Mining, Finance and Commercial leadership on strategy, risk, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or STEM.
• CPA/CMA or MBA or similar preferred.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership in a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data fluency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Mining SVP APAC and VP Finance, Commercial and Sales teams to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with Strategy.
• Support the bi-annual MTFP strategy process and quarterly business review process.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance on business strategies.
• Conduct risk assessment and management activities, identifying potential financial risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for financial performance against budget and forecast produced from multiple data sets
