Rostron Finance Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Broker or dealership Business Manager to join our growing team on a weekday roster with a base salary and uncapped commission.

You will own the customer journey from first conversation through to settlement, structure finance solutions, assess applications, and manage lender relationships to drive repeat business.

Competenze

• Experience in finance broking (asset, vehicle or consumer finance).
• Experience as dealership Business Manager or F&I is acceptable.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Our Brisbane team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Asset Finance Broker or dealership Business Manager who wants a weekday roster, a steady flow of leads and a base salary with uncapped commission.

  The Role

  You'll own the customer journey from the first conversation through to settlement:

  • Understanding customers' needs and structuring the right finance solution
  • Assessing applications and matching them to the right lender
  • Managing your pipeline and keeping customers informed at every step
  • Building customer and referral relationships that generate repeat business
  • Working towards clear individual and team targets

  What we are looking for

  • Experience in finance broking (ideally asset, vehicle or consumer finance)
  • Or as a dealership Business Manager/F&I
  • A proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • A sound understanding of lender policy, credit assessment and settlements
  • The ability to build rapport and guide customers confidently through their options
  • Strong organisation and ownership of your pipeline
