Rostron Finance Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Broker or dealership Business Manager to manage the customer journey from initial contact through to settlement, with a weekday schedule and uncapped commission potential.

You will assess applications, match them to lenders, manage your pipeline, and build relationships to generate repeat business while hitting clear targets. Base salary plus super and training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset, vehicle or consumer finance broking
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Solid understanding of lender policies and settlements
• Ability to build rapport and guide customers through options

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from first contact to settlement
• Assess applications and match to the right lender
