Job summary

Rostron Finance Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Broker or dealership Business Manager to manage the customer journey from initial contact through to settlement, with a weekday schedule and uncapped commission potential.

You will assess applications, match them to lenders, manage your pipeline, and build relationships to generate repeat business while hitting clear targets. Base salary plus super and training are offered.

Our Brisbane team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Asset Finance Broker or dealership Business Manager who wants a weekday roster, a steady flow of leads and a base salary with uncapped commission.

The Role

You'll own the customer journey from the first conversation through to settlement:

• Understanding customers' needs and structuring the right finance solution
• Assessing applications and matching them to the right lender
• Managing your pipeline and keeping customers informed at every step
• Building customer and referral relationships that generate repeat business
• Working towards clear individual and team targets

What we are looking for

• Experience in finance broking (ideally asset, vehicle or consumer finance)
• Or as a dealership Business Manager/F&I
• A proven track record of hitting sales targets
• A sound understanding of lender policy, credit assessment and settlements
• The ability to build rapport and guide customers confidently through their options
• Strong organisation and ownership of your pipeline
